after the dough doubled in size punch it down and on a lightly floured surface roll the dough out . Cut the dough in even cuts , for and shape the dough pieces and place the dough balls on a sheet pan .

The holiday’s have officially arrived in my blissful home .If your’e following me on instagram then you already know I have been on full blown holiday decorating mode ! This year I am decorating a total of 8 trees. Yikes ! I started the first week of November with my first tree . All with coffee in hand . It has been so fun spreading Christmas throughout my home this season .These times we are in are tuff , and I am happy to spread so much cheer .
Bellow is a few holiday tips I am sharing with you to help destress you this holiday season !
scale – scale your home find the perfect spot for your Christmas tree .Traditionally it is best to have the tree in front of your window , or fireplace .
Theme – Coming up with a theme for Christmas has helped me tremendously when decorating my home . Since I come up with a theme before hand it makes the process much smoother when shopping for decor . For instance this year my family room theme is forest .I chose emerald green as the base color .I added owls , deers, and birds to my tree that I purchased at hobby lobby .
Ribbon – ribbon goes a long way when it comes to decorating .If you’re on a tight budget ribbon can be cost friendly on your budget , and can make your tree look so grand ,and luxurious without braking the bank.
have fun!- there really is no right or wrong way when it comes to holiday decorating. If you love a all pink Christmas then do just that! grab some wine , crank up that holiday music , and just have fun! Remember stick to what makes you ,and ,or your family happy .

Let me start off by saying this is the most decadent , most creamy , and delicious cheese cake I have ever tasted ! Yes, you read that right. I first laid my eyes on this beautiful creation scrolling through instagram. I quickly learned it was a new trending dessert . I of course had to try to make it for myself . Every recipe asked for no bake. So i decided to just make it the same way I make my regular cheesecakes . Adjusting a few ingredients , but mostly keeping the same method . Now are you ready to take your taste buds to the next level?
Make the crust by crushing the biscoff cookies till they resemble crumbs . Next add 3 table spoons of melted butter to the crumbs .Mix then add them to your baking dish. Press the crumbs down making sure to have an even layer in the bottom of your dish. Set your firmly pressed crumb dish in the fridge, or freezer as you prepare the filling
combine the room temperature cream cheese with the sugars , the sour cream , and vanilla extract .whip them on high for about 3 minutes .making sure to cream well. Next add in a pinch of salt and your cookie butter .Cream together for about 1 minute .Lastly add in one egg at a time .Mix well for about 1 minute , do not over mix .over mixing can result in a cracked crust .
grab your baking dish with the prepared crust and add your cheesecake filling .It should look silky smooth .
once you added your mixture to your dish .I recommend you adding your dish to another bigger dish and filling it up half ways with water.(water bath) making sure not to fill that dish more then half way
next bake your cheesecake for 1 hour and 20 minutes .Do not open your oven lid once done , doing so will result in cracks. If you can let your cheesecake come to room temperature in the oven for best results .
melt the rest of the cookie butter in the microwave and pour it over your cooled cheesecake creating a beautiful icing .
add crushed biscoff cookies is optional .Have fun with your cheesecake from here . I added crushed cookies around the edges and 2 whole biscoffs to complete the look .
let cool in the fridge for atleast a hour ,or overnight .
1 stick and half a stick of unsalted butter (room temp)
3/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of salt
3 cups of sugar
3 cups of flour
1 cup of milk
splash of vanilla
Preheat your oven to 350. Cream together your sugars ,cream cheese and butter first. Cream till it is a fluffy pale color.About 2 minutes .Next add in your eggs , milk ,and mix.Next add in your remaining ingredients .Mix it well. Once you are done mixing place your batter in your baking dish.
bake for about 1 hour or 1 hour and 15 min.
check your cake around that hour mark. Stick a toothpick ,or knife in the middle and if it comes out clean then it is done!
!! Here is a tip ! once done and removed from the oven cover with foil paper carefully making sure not to burn yourself .Leave it covered for about 10 minutes .This will make your cake extra moist ! And oh!! soooo delicious !!
