- 6 ripe bananas
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup of unsalted butter (melted)
- 2 EGGS
- 1 table spoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 1/4 cups of all purpose flour
- 1 cup of semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 cups of walnuts
- optional to add more chocolate chips and walnuts to the top of your loaf before baking
Instructions
preheat your oven to 350 f
- with a mixer /handheld mixer beat the bananas for 1 minute
- add melted butter and mix for 15 seconds
- add the sugar , salt,baking powder , baking soda ,vanilla extract and mix for 10 seconds
- add in the eggs one at a time mixing on low speed
- add in the flour and mixed till combined
- lastly add the chocolate chips and walnuts
line your loaf pan with parchment paper .If you do not have parchment paper lightly grease your pan .This is to insure your bread wont stick .
pour your batter to the loaf pan and bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes . Enjoy!
