Cream cheese pound cake


  • 1 package of cream cheese (room temp)
  • 1 stick and half a stick of unsalted butter (room temp)
  • 5 eggs
  • 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 3 cups of sugar
  • 3 cups of flour
  • 1 cup of milk
  • splash of vanilla


Preheat your oven to 350. Cream together your sugars ,cream cheese and butter first. Cream till it is a fluffy pale color.About 2 minutes .Next add in your eggs , milk ,and mix.Next add in your remaining ingredients .Mix it well. Once you are done mixing place your batter in your baking dish.

bake for about 1 hour or 1 hour and 15 min.

check your cake around that hour mark. Stick a toothpick ,or knife in the middle and if it comes out clean then it is done!

!! Here is a tip ! once done and removed from the oven cover with foil paper carefully making sure not to burn yourself .Leave it covered for about 10 minutes .This will make your cake extra moist ! And oh!! soooo delicious !!

    I was wondering weather you used bleached or unbleached flour for making this cake.

    1. hello I used unbleached flour , but you can use bleached .
