Easy Weeknight Dinner (seafood)

If you love shrimps & scallops you’re definitely going to want to try this easy weeknight dinner Idea. It’s done super quick & it’s so tasty!

Recipe :

  • 1 pound of peeled & deveined shrimps
  • 1 pound of scallops
  • 6 pieces of chopped bacon 🥓
  • 2 tomatoes 🍅 diced
  • Half onion diced
  • 2 garlic cloves diced
  • Chili 🌶️ of your choice. I use Serrano, jalapeños or chipotle.

Spices :

  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Paprika
  • Garlic 🧄
  • Achiote & culantro spice from Goya

I served this along side basmati rice with peas.

Cook the bacon 🥓 until done and remove the grease. Add in the tomato 🍅, onion 🧅 and chopped garlic & cook for about 5 minutes or so. Lastly add in the shrimps and scallops. Season & cook for about 7 minutes until it’s done!
