Sunday mornings are my family’s favorite time to sit around our breakfast table and enjoy a warm cozy breakfast . During the holidays I love to make our traditional Sunday breakfast more meaningful by preparing everything and displaying it beautifully on my large charcuterie board .
Today I’m sharing with you my easy and delicious fluffy buttermilk pancake recipe . I promise you once you try my pancake recipe you will never buy from a box again! With only a handful of ingredients you probably already have on hand .
I always start off using fresh ingredients like my Real California Milk buttermilk , and butter . I love using Real California Milk products for all my dairy needs . Stephanie’s buttermilk holiday pancakes
4 cups of all purpose flour
2 tablespoons of sugar
1 teaspoon of salt
4 tablespoons of baking powder
2 eggs
3 cups of Real California Milk buttermilk
1 cup of water
Splash of vanilla
Squirt of maple syrup
Instructions
Preheat your griddle on medium low while you prepare the pancake batter . Sift together the flour , sugar , salt , and baking powder . Next add the milk ,eggs , buttermilk , water , vanilla extract and a drop of syrup. Combine all the ingredients together and mix . Once your batter is mixed add a little butter to your warm griddle , drop it on your warm griddle and cook for about a minute each side ! Serve along with your favorite sides and enjoy !
