  • 1 package of bacon
  • 1 granny smith apple peeled and diced
  • 10 large eggs
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1/2 cup of half & half
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1 /4 cup of brown sugar
  • splash of vanilla
  • 5-8 slices of white sandwhich bread
  • salt and black pepper to your liking
  • 2-3 cups of sharp cheddar cheese
  • scallions & parsley for garnish

Cook your sausage till it browns . Next , cook the bacon . Now once that is cooked place to the side on a towel , and let the grease extract . Grab your washed potatoes and dice them boil them in water untill soft . Next pour your milks to a bowl and whisk in the eggs , salt , black pepper, brown sugar , splash of vanilla together . Cut your bread to your liking . I cut my bread like a cross , and I get 4 pieces from each slice .Grab your dish , and assemble a few pieces of bread on the bottom , and layer on top with uncooked diced potatoes , sausage , diced apples , and repeat .Now once that is assembled pour in your yummy egg mixture .layer the top of that with yummy cheese , and top that with bacon. Add plastic wrap to seal it and place it in the fridge over night . The next morning add it to your oven at 350 for 45-60 . Enjoy
