
Tomato soup recipe & fresh pretzels
Chilly days call for a cozy, creamy delicious soup! I like to make pretzels for my kids or sometimes I make grilled cheese, so they can dip inside the deliciousness
Tomato soup recipe
- 2 pounds of tomatoes
- 1/2 onion
- 1 spring of rosemary & thyme
- Head of garlic
- Salt, pepper & oregano
- 3 dry chilis California
Second part cooking
- 1 stick of butter
- 1/3 heavy cream
- 1/3 parmigiana cheese
Roast the ingredients at 350 for 1 hour, once done blend it in your blender. Pour the puree onto a shallow pot. Simmer on low for 15 minutes adding 1 stick of butter, knob seasoning (chicken bouillon) and heavy cream. After its done you can serve with sour cream & cheese.
