Have you ever had red velvet cinnamon buns? These are so soft and fluffy. As soon as I throw them in the oven my home instantly smells sooo good and warm! The aroma is unreal!

Just in time for Valentine’s Day 💌

Recipe
5 cups of flour
1 cup of granulated sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon of salt
2 whole eggs + 1 egg yolk
1/2 cups of whole milk
1/2 cup of buttermilk
1/4 cup & 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter
3/4 cup of warm water
2 teaspoons of yeast
1/2 cup of cocoa powder
8-10 drops of red food coloring

•Filling
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon of cinnamon
1/4 butter
Glaze
1 package of cream cheese
1/2 butter
Splash of vanilla extract
3/4 cup of powder sugar
2 tablespoons of milk

Activate the yeast with the warm water. Once
activated mix all the dough ingredients
together. Mix for 7-10 minutes, and set aside in a
greased bowl and wrapped tight so no air gets in and let it rest & double in size (45-60
minutes)

Once doubled in size flatten out the dough and
add the room temp butter and the filling. Roll
the dough, and cut it this will make 14 cinnamon
buns or less if you want them bigger. Let it rest
for 30 minutes

Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes or so.
Meanwhile that bakes make the glaze. Once the
buns are out the oven drizzle it on and enjoy.
